Work Experience: I’ve worked a number of years in a variety of organizations as a Corporate Recruiter and HR Generalist. Some of my past experiences have included Winners and HomeSense, Canadian Tire, Hudson’s Bay Company and most recently Baylis Medical.
Biography: My role involves maintaining a healthy and positive school culture, while building strong cross functional relationships at all levels. This is achieved through various projects and programs in areas of recruitment & selection, employee relations, HR planning & information systems, policies and compliance and administration services. Outside of UCC, you can find me cheering on my two boys on numerous soccer fields around town or walking and hiking through our many beautiful trails across the city.

Work Experience: I have a well-rounded HR background and have held senior leadership roles in Sweden, the United Kingdom and Canada. I’ve worked in leadership, professional and HR roles in three different sectors: education, retail and healthcare. Previously, I’ve worked as a college president and served as board of directors chair and board member on three school boards.
Biography: At Upper Canada College I lead the human resource function at the College, directing leadership development and coaching efforts, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, talent management including recruiting and hiring, developing and retaining talent, and overseeing change management. I work on fostering awareness of and a focus on employee engagement, and in maintaining a healthy and positive school culture. I provide the Senior Leadership Team and employees with HR expertise to ensure the fulfillment of organizational and employee goals and also provide support to the HR committee of the Board of Governors.
