Biography: I have been teaching at UCC since 2001 as a middle division math teacher, form adviser, and now ICT integrator and design teacher. I have a personal passion for the integration of technology into all areas of teaching and I was selected to attend the Google Teacher Academy in London, England in October 2014. I am now a Google-certified teacher, continuing to help students and teachers integrate technology into their programs. I love to travel and have had several successful home exchanges around the world. I cherish spending time with my husband Tom Sharpe, a science and design teacher at the Prep, and my son Alex.

Academic Background: BPHE, BA in Biology, BEd with a certificate in Outdoor and Experiential Education (Queen’s University)
Work Experience: I was a Workshop Leader and Site Visitor for the International Baccalaureate Organization. I was also a Grade 2, 3 and 5 teacher at international schools in Germany and an ESL, Music, and Outdoor Education teacher at an international school in Switzerland. Previous roles at UCC include Grade 3 teacher, PE teacher, Learning Support Curriculum Co-ordinator and Librarian.
Biography: I currently work with all boys and their teachers from Kindergarten to Grade 5 exploring how iPads and laptops can be used as tools for learning. I coach track and field, support intramurals and choreograph the Prep musical. During school holidays I love to travel to learn how other people live and I’ve been to almost 40 countries.
