Biography: I’ve taught Kindergarten for more than a decade and have taught in the public, private and international systems. I’m always amazed at the amount of growth that happens in a Kindergarten school year and always finish a year having learned as much from the students as they have from me.

Biography: I joined UCC in 2006 as a Grade 5 teacher. Over the years I have taken on many roles including Health and Life Skills Co-ordinator and Grade 7 Form Adviser and I directed Footloose the Musical along with many primary and middle division plays. Presently, I coach swimming in the winter and track and feld in the spring, and have had the additional pleasure of coaching soccer and basketball. My wife Renée and daughter Éva are a continuous source of support and inspiration. I hope to run a full marathon by 2018.

Work Experience: Prior to joining UCC, I spent three years at international schools in Bogota, Colombia and two years in the Toronto District School Board.
Biography: I’ve been in a classroom for most of my life, as a student and a teacher. The magical spirit that a group of curious and caring children create helps fuel my own learning. I have published two educational books based on my professional practice. Being active, getting outside, being with my family and friends are essential to the creativity and energy I bring to my teaching.

Biography: After graduating, I pursued 2 year post-graduate work in Applied Behavioural Analysis, working towards certification as a BCBA. This involved over 1500 hours of in-school experience working with young people, their families and their school communities to develop programs based in behavioural science to enable student’s learning and successful social functioning in varying environments. Currently, I have the pleasure of interacting with many boys throughout UCC from in the grade 3C classroom, Lego Club, Middle Years boys in the CFL, SK, Debate Club, Character Committee and coaching assignments. In my free time, you’ll find me trying out a new recipe, watching foreign movies, and obsessively reading.
