Mentorship can make a difference in a young person’s life. Having a mentor can increase a person's self-confidence and enhance his ability to overcome obstacles, make decisions and realize his goals.
At UCC, we believe in boys and in the potential of our students. We also believe in our Old Boys. Common Ties is a network of UCC students, Old Boys, parents and friends. At the heart of the program is mentoring — the ability to connect mentors with less experienced mentees to guide their professional, personal and educational growth and development.
The UCC Common Ties Mentorship Program's mission is to facilitate mentoring relationships between students, alumni and members of our community, to develop the skills, knowledge and exeprtise needed to excel educationally, professionally and personally.
