 | Math Olympics strikes gold

UCC sent two teams of Middle and Intermediate Years students to the Independent Schools of Ontario Mathematics Association's Math Olympics, April 17. Both teams competed extremely well with UCC's second team taking home the championship.
Twenty-eight teams consisting of two Year 1 and two Form 7 students competed in individual, pair and team competitions.
The day concluded with the exciting relay event during which teams answer problem-solving questions in ascending order under a set time limit. Mr. Tong and Mr. Manning are very proud of both teams and look forward to future competitions.
