Last chance for Founder’s Dinners tickets

This is this the final call. If you don’t have your Founder’s Dinner tickets yet, it’s time to make a date for one of the signature events on the UCC calendar. This year’s edition on Wednesday, Feb. 10 will be one to remember.

Note: The event wil be livestreamed. Our keynote speakers will take the stage starting at 8:45 p.m. approx. Book this link and tune in here:

We wanted to remind you that Founder’s Dinner is a whole-school event and we encourage you to come out and join UCC faculty and staff, other parents, grandparents, students and Old Boys as our entire community comes together.

It will be a lovely opportunity to enjoy a fine dinner, entertainment by student musicians and to witness the debate between our keynote speakers, Jameel Jaffer ’90, civil liberties advocate and co-keynote, Michael W. Duffy, public safety champion, discuss and debate a provocative and complex issue, “Terrorist Invasion vs. Invasion of Privacy.” It will be moderated by Michelle Shephard, an investigative reporter for the Toronto Star. The topic is anything but black and white.
