Biography: My wife Bina and I have enjoyed over 10 years at UCC. I divide my time between the Prep and Upper Schools. U13 soccer and U12 hockey are my coaching assignments, and I thoroughly enjoy working in Seaton’s House as a senior house adviser. Prior to teaching at UCC I taught in South Korea and with the Toronto District School Board for a total of eight years. During my free time I enjoy nothing more than RVing across Canada with my family.

Biography: My classroom presents an engaging, challenging and vibrant learning environment that brings relevance to mathematics. Through interdisciplinary units, interactive student-centered lessons and the use of technology, I’m able to differentiate instruction and assessment to ensure that all learners can realize their potential. My co-curricular involvement varies from coaching basketball, traveling with the rowing crews and being a House adviser. I am a french fry connoisseur and Superman is my superhero of choice.

Biography: I’ve taught Kindergarten for more than a decade and have taught in the public, private and international systems. I’m always amazed at the amount of growth that happens in a Kindergarten school year and always finish a year having learned as much from the students as they have from me.
