Biography: My favourite book is True North: A Journey Into Unexplored Wilderness because I love canoeing, camping and Canada. I enjoy reading fiction, history and my weekly subscription to The Economist. I run the Outdoors Club and coach cross-country running at UCC.

Work Experience: I taught in the Toronto District School Board for one year before joining UCC.
Biography: I’m the faculty adviser for UCC’s annual World Affairs Conference. I enjoy playing video games, volleyball and badminton. I’m extremely passionate about economics and I’m known for integrating the iPad into my lessons and being exceptionally loud in the classroom.

Work Experience: Prior to joining the College, I was a Senior Economist for the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing and a Senior Policy Analyst for the Ministry of the Environment.
Biography: I have been teaching at UCC since 2006. I teach Higher Level Economics at the Year 11 and Year 12 levels, and specialize in using cooperative learning and simulations to engage students in my classes. I am the faculty adviser for the Model United Nations club, which is ranked as one of the top Model United Nations teams in North America. I also advise the students who organize the Ontario Model United Nations, a yearly conference that welcomes hundreds of students from across Canada to UCC.
