Slow Starts Burn Blues

The Blues learned the dangers of starting slow when St Charles (Sudbury) scored two goals in fifteen seconds to start the game. Hardly daunted, the Blues battled back, dominating zone play in the latter half of the first period, eventually bring the game to a 2-2 draw. Unforunately the Blues lost momentum during the second intermission; sadly it was deja vu all over again, and before the ice was dry in the third period the score was 4-2 St Charles. They later added an empty netter in a tough loss that nonetheless demonstrated our team's resilience and unwillingness to quit.

The Blues take on King City SS in game 3 tomorrow morning.
