Learning Beyond the Classroom

A unique global learning adventure

At UCC, we believe that education extends far beyond the walls of the classroom. Our international programs provide students with transformative opportunities to engage meaningfully with the world through authentic global exchanges and hands-on global experiential education journeys.

Our Global Exchange Program builds long-term partnerships with leading schools worldwide. Through reciprocal exchanges, students live with host families and attend local classes, fostering independence, empathy and cross-cultural understanding. These programs currently link UCC with partner schools in France, Argentina, Spain, and Montreal, allowing our students to experience life abroad while welcoming international peers into their own homes.

Our Global Learning Adventure travel programs connect students with communities and organizations through purpose-driven travel. Working alongside local partners in Latin America and beyond, students explore global issues, leadership and service learning in authentic contexts. These experiences challenge students to think critically and act compassionately, developing the leadership skills essential for an interconnected world.

Together, these programs form the foundation of our commitment to developing globally minded leaders. Through the lens of pluralism and lifelong learning, students move beyond their comfort zones to find community in new cultures. By balancing the challenge of international service with a focus on personal growth and wellbeing, we empower young people to approach the world with curiosity, integrity, and a clear sense of purpose.
