A Commitment to Teaching Excellence

Expert facilitators lead an inspiring professional learning experience

Participate in one of North America’s leading International Baccalaureate Teacher Training Institutes, designed for new and experienced IB educators. Newly added workshop sessions explore IB fundamentals while also refining and reinvigorating the IB approach for seasoned teachers.

As one of only three Canadian English-language IB workshop providers east of Vancouver, UCC is proud to continue our commitment to fostering excellence in IB education and to building a vibrant community of dedicated educators.

Upcoming training sessions will take place virtually from June 23 to 25, 2026.

After March 31, 2026, payment must be made by credit card.

Late Fees

A $100 late fee will be charged for all registrations received after the deadline (May 31, 2026). Registrations for which no payments or proof of payments have been received three weeks or less before the beginning of the workshop are at risk of cancellation due to waitlist demands. Payments are accepted by credit card, cheque, or money order.

Cancellations

A full refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee, will be given for cancellations made on or before the registration deadline of May 31, 2026.

No refunds will be given after the deadline. You can, however, substitute another person in someone’s place.

All cancellation refunds will be processed after the workshop and issued by cheque, regardless of payment type.

Waitlist

Waitlist requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Notification will be sent via email to participants and the IB coordinator if availability for a subject becomes open. The participant or the IB coordinator must accept this spot via written confirmation (email) within four business days. If a confirmation is not received within three days, the offer becomes null and void. Once written confirmation is received from the participant, all registration and cancellation policies are applicable. Waitlist notifications sent out after the registration deadline are not subject to the $100 late fee.
