We invite families to learn more about UCC by attending our October Open House, submitting an inquiry form or attending an event.

Complete Your Application

Create or log into your UCC account. (Only the candidate’s parents or guardians can legally create an account and submit an application. Those wishing to submit an application on behalf of a family should contact the Office of Admission at admission@ucc.on.ca.)

Click the application form button. You can save your progress at any time and return to complete your profile later. Before submitting, please check that all fields are complete as you won’t be able to edit the information once it’s been submitted.

Once your application form has been processed, you can log back in to submit supporting documents and the teacher reference form, available in your admission checklist.

*We accept applications until December 1, however the application fee is $200 until November 1 and $300 until December 1.

Attend a Group Activity

Applicants will be invited to attend a playful, age-appropriate group activity in April. 

Optional JK classroom visits will be offered in April, giving your child a chance to explore and familiarize themselves with our learning environment.

Participate in an Interview Session

After the required documents have been received and reviewed, parents and guardians of selected candidates will be invited to an interview.

Final admission decisions will be shared in February.
