  • We’ve expanded leadership programming for every boy in Year 9 and added a range of opportunities school-wide across elected, volunteer and service-oriented roles. And an incredible gift to the College — the Lang Leadership Lab from donor Stu Lang ’70 — is allowing us to grow our leadership-building capacities in unique and exciting ways.   • A chorus of community voices informed a pluralism strategy to ensure UCC is a place where everyone feels they truly belong, and includes a multi-year action plan for curriculum development across eight anti-oppression categories and the introduction of co-curricular student affinity groups.
