UCC Foundation Annual General Meeting

Please note that the Annual General Meeting of the Upper Canada College Foundation (UCCF) will be held on Zoom on Tuesday, Nov. 17, from 5–5:30 p.m. EST, for the following purposes:

• To approve the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of the UCCF held Nov. 12, 2025 in Toronto, Ontario.
• To (re)appoint officers and trustees of the Foundation.
• To approve the audited financial statements of the Foundation for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026.
• To appoint the auditors for the Foundation for the 2026 fiscal year.
• To transact such other business that may properly come before the meeting.
