Alexander C. Pathy ’51

2017
Alec Pathy ’51 began his lifelong affiliation with the College in 1940, when he became a boarder in Form 1 at the Prep. However, it wasn’t until 60 years later than he started giving back so generously, encouraging former classmates to contribute to two scholarships named for former teachers, and endowing another in his own name. Alec joined the Association Council in 2011 and rarely misses a UCC event — wearing a UCC bow-tie custom-made from two silk, UCC-crested ties. Alec has also been an Association Council taskforce volunteer and a mentor for the Common Ties program.
