Registration

Please register for ONE session. Training sessions run from Wednesday, June 21, 2023 to Friday, June 23, 2023.

After March 31, 2023 you may only pay by credit card.

We will send you a registration confirmation after payment has been processed.

Payment

The fee is $1,240 in Canadian funds (approximately $995 USD).

Confirmation of registration will be sent to you when you register. Please email uccibworkshop@ucc.on.ca if you require a special invoice. Payment is due within 30 days of registration. If the registration is submitted after March 31, 2023, payment must be made by credit card.

Payment may be made by the following:
  • VISA or MasterCard
  • By cheque or money order mailed to:
    200 Lonsdale Road Toronto, ON M4V 1W6
    Attention: Colleen Papulkas
  • Wire transfers can also be accepted for international registrants. Please email Colleen Papulkas (cpapulkas@ucc.on.ca) for banking details.

Late Fees

There will be a $100 late fee charged for all registrations received after the registration deadline (May 31, 2023). Registrations for which no payments or proof of payments have been received three weeks or less before the beginning of the workshop are at risk of cancellation due to waitlist demands. Payments are accepted in the form of credit card, cheque or money orders.

Cancellations

A full refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee, will be given for cancellations made on or before the registration deadline of May 31, 2023.

No refunds will be given after the deadline. You can, however, substitute another person in someone’s place.

All cancellation refunds will be processed after the workshop and issued by cheque regardless of payment type.

Waitlist

Waitlist requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Notification will be sent out via email to participants and the IB coordinator if availability for a subject becomes open. The participant or the IB coordinator must accept this spot via written confirmation (email) within four business days. If a confirmation is not received within 3 days, the offer becomes null and void. Once written confirmation is received from the participant, all registration and cancellation policies are applicable. Waitlist notifications sent out after the registration deadline are not subject to the $100 late fee.
