Jane Kilburn-Boyle

Jane Kilburn Boyle is the founder and Principal of Kilburn Communications. Established in 2007, Kilburn Communications is a full-service boutique communications and project management firm assisting both public and private sector clients in achieving their communications and project management goals.  Through Kilburn Communications Jane holds the position as Managing Director of TD Scholarships for Community Leadership, where she oversees the direction and operation of one of Canada’s most prestigious undergraduate Scholarship Award Programs. Prior to launching Kilburn Communications, Jane worked at TD Bank Group for 15 years, most recently as the National Community Relations Manager overseeing corporate donations and sponsorships, and as the Chief Diversity Officer at TD Waterhouse, where she focused on finding employment opportunities for underrepresented groups and fostering leadership opportunities for women within the bank.   Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University, a Master of Arts from the University of New Brunswick and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto. She currently serves as President of Upper Canada College’s Parents’ Association and has been an active UCC Parent volunteer for over a decade. She is also an avid supporter of early childhood literacy, serving a second term on the Board of The Canadian Children’s Book Centre. Jane, lives in Toronto with her husband and two sons, Wilson an old boy (2019) who is studying at Western University and Lachlan, (2023), both in Mowbray’s House.
