The Annual General Meeting of the Upper Canada College Foundation to be held virtually via Zoom on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 5:30 p.m.

To: Members of the Upper Canada College Community, including Trustees of the Upper Canada College Foundation, Governors of Upper Canada College, Directors of the UCC Association Council, and Recent Donors to the Upper Canada College Foundation.

Please note that the Annual General Meeting of the Upper Canada College Foundation (the “meeting”) will be held virtually on a Zoom videoconference on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. Toronto time, for the following purposes:

To approve the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of the UCCF held Tuesday, November 5, 2019 in Toronto, Ontario.
To approve the audited financial statements of the Foundation for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2020.
To appoint the auditors for the Foundation for the 2020-2021 fiscal year.
To transact such other business that may properly come before the meeting.

Meeting materials will be sent to all registrants prior to the meeting.
