Jamie Schwartz ’94

Jamie Schwartz is AVP, Head of Transactions and Strategy for TD Bank’s Enterprise Real Estate Group, responsible for the leasing, acquisition, and disposition activities across the Bank’s leased and owned retail and corporate real estate portfolio. Prior to the Bank’s Enterprise Real Estate Group, Jamie held senior roles at TD Securities, advising and structuring corporate debt, and in the Commercial Mortgage Group originating and underwriting commercial mortgage loans. Prior to joining TD, Jamie worked for a global Hospitality Real Estate Consulting Firm advising owners, lenders and developers across all hospitality asset types.

Jamie holds an MMH in Hospitality Real Estate Finance from Cornell University’s Hotel School and a BCom from McGill University. Jamie is a past Member of the Board of Trustees for Canadian Apartment Properties Real Estate Investment Trust and currently sits on the Baycrest Hospital Foundation Board. Jamie is a member of the Leaving Class of 1994 and is parent to current students William Schwartz ‘29 and Charlie Schwartz ’33.
